INSINÖÖRIOPISKELIJAPÄIVÄT (IOP) 2021 JYVÄSKYLÄSSÄ!

Insinööriopiskelijapäivät järjestetään jo 30. kertaa! Tapahtuma saapuu Jyväskylään 26.3.-27.3.2021. Heitä päivät nyt kalenteriin ja suuntaa ensi keväänä Jyväskylään vuoden parhaimpaan insinööritapahtumaan!

Tapahtuma alkaa perjantaina seminaarilla ja muulla ohjelmalla. Lauantaina jatketaan aloitustapahtuman kautta rastikierrokselle. Ilta huipentuu virallisille IOP-jatkoille! Ohjelma tarkentuu lähempänä tapahtumaa.

LIPUNMYYNTI

Liput tulevat myyntiin lauantaina 10.10.2020 klo. 10.00 Kide.appiin.

MAJOITUS

Majoitukset tulevat myyntiin lauantaina 10.10.2020 klo. 10.00.

Turvallisen tapahtuman järjestäminen on meille äärimmäisen tärkeää ja tapahtumaan laaditaan tilanteen vaatima turvallisuussuunnitelma noudattaen aluehallintoviraston ja terveysviranomaisten ohjeistuksia.

Tapahtuman peruuntuessa asiakkaalle palautetaan lipun hinta, pois lukien Kide.appin veloittama palvelumaksu 0,40€. Majoitusta koskevat peruutusehdot löydät varaussivustolta.

THE ANNUAL EVENT FOR ENGINEERING STUDENTS (IOP) 2021 IN JYVÄSKYLÄ

The event will be here for the 30th time, and this time the event will take place in Jyväskylä from March 26th to 27th 2021! Make sure you have the dates marked in your calendar and get ready for the event!

On Friday event starts with the seminar and other program. Saturday starts with an opening ceremony and then continues to the checkpoint hopping. The evening ends with spectacular IOP after party! The program will be updated closer to the event.

The tickets are coming on sale on Saturday 10.10.2020 at 10.00 on Kide.app.

ACCOMMODATION

The hotel rooms are coming on sale on Saturday 10.10.2020 at 10.00.

The hotel rooms must be booked on a separate booking site or with a promotion code from the Sokos Hotels website.

Accommodation options: Original Sokos Hotel Alexandra and Solo Sokos Hotel Paviljonki. The prices for the rooms can be found on our website.

Omenahotels offers participants -10% discount on the day's room price at Jyväskylä Omenahotel from March 26th to 28th. Accommodation can be booked with a promo code directly on the omenahotels.com website starting from Saturday 10th of October. The discount code is entered when booking.

EFFECTS OF CORONAVIRUS

We are constantly following and responding to the official guidelines for the COVID-19.

Organizing a safe event is extremely important to us. The safety plan for the event will be prepared in accordance with the guidelines of the Regional State Administrative Agency and the health authorities.

Event canceled, the customer will be refunded the ticket price, excluding a service fee of 0.40 € charged by Kide.app. The cancellation policy for accommodation can be found on the booking website.

We strive to do our best that the event would be held again after a year break!
